About the Role As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by transforming raw components into high-quality finished goods. You will utilize your technical proficiency with hand and power tools to ensure every build meets rigorous precision standards, directly impacting our ability to deliver reliable products to our customers. Responsibilities Execute complex assembly tasks by strictly adhering to technical blueprints and build specifications. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to achieve high-efficiency production targets. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify component accuracy and structural integrity. Maintain a high-performance, organized workspace to optimize workflow and safety. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and shipping departments to ensure seamless product throughput. Proactively identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process to minimize downtime. Uphold all safety protocols to foster a secure and productive manufacturing environment. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly or a related production environment. Proficiency in using standard hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments like tape measures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex technical instructions. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Proven reliability and a consistent attendance record in fast-paced settings. Preferred Skills Prior experience in warehouse operations or industrial manufacturing. Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical or assembly-related challenges. A collaborative mindset with a focus on team-based problem solving.
