Perks of joining ColonialWebb • Competitive wages Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision, and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives A day in the life As an Assembly Helper, you will: Support mechanics during assembly by holding materials, assisting with manual tasks, and operating shop tools such as grinders, bolt drivers, and band saws Handle materials throughout the shop — loading, unloading, staging, and moving items using pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, and similar equipment Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning work areas, tools, and machinery Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, SOPs, and lockout/tagout protocols Contribute to efficient workflow by completing general production support tasks as assigned You should have • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Physical stamina — ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to and from shop locations Experience in manufacturing, plumbing, pipefitting, or similar trades (preferred) Familiarity with forklifts or material‑handling equipment, basic power tools, and measuring tools (preferred) EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply Additional Job Information
