Job Description
Major duties and responsibilities: Performs tasks necessary to operate production unit to maximize productivity within safety/health, environmental, and quality requirements; communicating issues to appropriate personnel and departments as necessary Operates Production equipment such as Trains, Utility Cars, and/or PCM's Assists Burners in monitoring oven performance Light equipment maintenance Performs and assists maintenance personnel with maintenance work including but not limited to minor troubleshooting of equipment, PM's, inspections and other tasks as necessary. Provide assistance to maintenance as requested in completing larger scope or emergency repair work, General housekeeping duties such as cleaning, wash down and shovel spillage from walkways, conveyor belts, transfer points and /or anywhere spillage may occur. Operates mobile equipment, including but not limited to, trucks, heavy equipment, dozers, front-end loaders, boom trucks, bobcat, forklift, and/or dump trucks. Makes sure all work is performed in accordance with work orders and policies Performs other duties and assignments as required
