Study Line KPI for new models as target, prepare for production and resolve technical issues to achieve the target. Improved profitability through productivity improvements (labor savings, defect reduction, equipment breakdown reduction, etc.). Analyze and improve existing lines to optimize productivity based on recent and future volume trends. Establish in-plant technologies such as automated assembly and inspection and deploy it to other line. Work with a team, following the PDCA cycle, to achieve plant targets and KPI's. Defines, schedules, implements, monitors and standardizes improvements. Performs cost estimates for (insert from above) improvement ideas.
