Job Description
About the Role As a Mechanical Assembly Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by constructing, calibrating, and maintaining high-quality product lines. You will leverage your technical expertise and mechanical aptitude to ensure every unit meets rigorous performance standards while contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused shop environment. Responsibilities Execute the assembly of complex components using a variety of hand and power tools to meet precise production targets. Ensure all finished products adhere to strict quality control specifications and customer requirements. Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to accurately log production data, inventory transactions, and system updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve component quality issues and streamline order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to promote operational efficiency. Proactively identify and implement safety improvements to support a culture of workplace excellence. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality output. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks including reaching, grasping, and standing for extended periods. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. Prior experience with electrical assembly or control panel wiring. Familiarity with industrial shop equipment such as drill presses, grinders, and crimping machines. Experience working within a team-oriented production setting.
