Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and keeping production equipment running efficiently We are seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. If you have strong mechanical and electrical abilities and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Essential Responsibilities Work safely at all times by following company safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout practices, and using required PPE. Perform product and grade changeovers on production equipment including: Presses Converting Folders Formers Packaging equipment Conveyor systems Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain: Mechanical systems Electrical systems Hydraulic systems Pneumatic systems Power transmission equipment Complete preventive maintenance according to scheduled PM programs. Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders, labor tracking, preventive maintenance, and spare parts inventory. Follow GMP and SQF food safety standards and report any food safety concerns immediately. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Train and support fellow team members as needed. Equipment You'll Work With Experience with the following equipment is preferred: Drill Press Hydraulic Press Milling Machine Lathe Grinders & Sanders Metal Cut-Off Saw Band Saw Wire, Stick & Aluminum Welders Threading Machine Diagnostic & Precision Measuring Tools Pumps Power Transmission Equipment Forklifts Air Compressors Various powered and non-powered hand tools Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related trade is a plus Ramsey Maintenance Test score of 40-49 at a minimum depending on Tech level Fabrication skills including welding and machining Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Experience using diagnostic equipment and precision measuring tools Ability to perform equipment assembly, disassembly, fabrication, installation, alignment, welding, machining, pipefitting, and equipment modifications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work and perform independently with minimal supervision Good judgment and strong decision-making abilities Flexibility to work alternate shifts, vacation coverage, or other business needs as required #IND5
