What You'll Be Doing Assemble complete car wash systems step by step, following customer-specific orders. This isn't conveyor-belt work, each build is different, giving you variety in your day and the chance to see a finished machine come to life Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every unit is built to spec and on schedule Troubleshoot issues in partnership with Engineers and team leads Support other production-related tasks during downtime, materials prep, inventory, shop upkeep, etc. Follow a tight production and shipping schedule with pride and accountability What You Bring to the Table You show up every day ready to go, dependable, punctual, and proud to be someone your team can count on. You're hands-on and mechanically minded, comfortable using hand and power tools, and eager to keep learning. You pay close attention to detail, knowing that quality and safety are non-negotiables. You're team-first, quick to jump in where needed, support your coworkers, and communicate clearly and respectfully. You're adaptable and open to change, whether it's building something new, helping with inventory, or improving a process. Bonus if you've got forklift experience or familiarity with plumbing or electrical work, but if you're the right fit, we'll train you.
