We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll repair, maintain, and improve production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure while helping minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations. You'll:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime Install, rebuild, and relocate manufacturing equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed Document completed work using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Work independently and collaborate with teammates to complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation Forklift, crane, and lift experience is a plus Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Why Wagner?
