Job Description

Are you the go-to fixer for complex machines? If you thrive on solving tough mechanical problems and keeping production humming, this opportunity in Waupaca, WI is for you. Why you'll excel here You're methodical with preventive maintenance and inspections. You treat LOTO as non-negotiable. You're fluent in blueprints and schematics. You communicate clearly and document precisely. You're a team player who shares ideas to boost reliability. Your impact Diagnose and repair a variety of plant machinery and mechanical systems. Execute scheduled PMs and inspections to prevent unplanned downtime. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures every time, without exception. Translate technical drawings into actionable repair steps. Record maintenance activities and escalate chronic issues. Partner with peers to streamline processes and improve asset performance. Compensation & Schedule Base pay: $30.09-$45.00/hour (experience-based)
Saturday:
time-and-a-half
