Job Description Moore's Landscaping LLC Lawn Maintenance Laborer Moore's Landscaping is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our lawn maintenance crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and are a reliable team player, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Mow maintain commercial properties Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Weed landscape beds and maintain flower beds Trim shrubs and small trees Clean up grass clippings, leaves, and debris Assist with seasonal landscaping projects as needed Load, unload, and care for tools and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean job site Work alongside the crew performing physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs and working in uncven terrain. Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks. Maintain clean and organized equipment, vehicles, and job sites. Qualifications Experience in driving trucks with trailers. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred but not required Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to work well with the crew and follow directions Communicate with supervisors and crew members to keep work moving efficiently. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime available during the busy season Pay Starting at $25/hour.
