Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools or supplies Support team members in completing construction, maintenance, or assembly tasks Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members Report any hazards or issues promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace throughout your shift Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members Basic knowledge of manual handling techniques and use of common tools (preferred but not mandatory) Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success Prior experience in manual labor or construction environments is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed Embark on a hands-on career that values your effort and dedication!
