Bi-Weekly Job Overview We are a growing property maintenance company based in Huntsville, Alabama, seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. Work includes landscaping, pressure washing, property cleanouts, apartment turnovers, junk removal, and general property maintenance. Most work is located in Huntsville and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to Birmingham, Decatur, Madison, and nearby areas as needed for clients. Responsibilities Perform landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks Assist with pressure washing residential and commercial properties Complete property cleanouts and debris removal Assist with apartment or house turnovers and make-ready work Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites Work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors Be willing to learn new skills and adapt to different job sites Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to job sites and meeting locations Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment Willingness to travel to job sites throughout North Alabama, including Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and Birmingham areas Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping, pressure washing, painting, construction, or general labor Own basic hand tools Access to a lawn mower, weed eater, blower, or pressure washer is preferred but not required What We Offer $17.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience and equipment provided Bi-weekly pay Steady, ongoing work Opportunity for advancement Professional and respectful work environment We strongly prefer applicants who have their own tools and equipment.
