Landscape Maintenance Foreman Job Description:

Work efficiently along with and lead the activities of crew members who perform maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, shrub pruning, etc. Be able to take charge and responsibility for a crew's pace and quality (including coaching/corrections). Inspect work to ensure conformance to specifications, quality standards and job requirements. Complete daily crew timesheets and communicate daily with Field Supervisor. Maintain our Standards of Excellence on our clients' properties. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and vehicles. Other duties as assigned. Arrive to work on time and ready to contribute to the crew's success by following all instructions and safety guidelines.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience working on commercial/residential landscaping maintenance crews. General understanding of landscape maintenance techniques, plant identification, and responsible use of equipment including zero-turns, ride-on and push mowers, weed eaters, edgers, trimmers, blowers and backpack sprayers. Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and working in adverse (hot, cold, wet) conditions. This position reports on site to our location in Pelham, AL. This position will report and work under the direction of the Landscape Maintenance Supervisor on various job sites throughout the Birmingham area including Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and Homewood Alabama. This is a working foreman role in landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, shrub pruning). Must have 2+ years maintenance experience, a clean driving record, and be able to be on time to start at 6:20 a.m every work day. Typical hours are 6:20 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Thursday. These are adjusted based on the time of the year and scheduling of jobs. Valid driver's license is required. Driving Record will be checked, a clean Driving Record is required. Candidate must have a personal vehicle; reliable transportation is required. It is required that all Team Members must undergo a Full Drug Screen and Criminal Background Checks in accordance with local laws and regulations. Full-time Pay Rate:

$18 to $22 per hour based on experience evaluation of work related skills.
