I am bringing on a full time worker. The person we hire will, above all, be trustworthy. Some handyman type capabilities is required as well as competency and accountability. Must also be hard working and willing/able to learn.
The job responsibilities are:
- Completing remodel work on our houses. This will include demo and clean up work. Landscape work. Basic handyman type work. Basic plumbing, electrical, paint, etc. Each job is different. Each day will have different requirements.
- Ordering and/or pick up materials for the remodel projects.
- Ensuring our remodel crews have what they need to complete their work.
