CHECK, DRIVING RECORD AND 6 MONTH HAIR FOLICLE SCREENING REQUIRED

•We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain our properties and keep the grounds clean, safe and well maintained.

Job duties include:

Mow grass and maintain lawns Weed eating and trimming around buildings, fences and other areas Use and maintain lawn and landscaping equipment Trim trees, bushes and other vegetation as needed Pick up trash and keep properties clean Perform general grounds maintenance and light repairs Haul materials, tools and equipment between job sites Inspect equipment and report maintenance or repair needs Help with general property maintenance as needed Work safely and keep equipment and work areas organized.

Requirements:

Dependable and able to show up for work on time Hardworking and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to operate basic lawn and maintenance equipment Must Have a valid driver's license Must be able to lift, carry and move equipment and materials Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, construction or maintenance is a plus Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
