Prepare surfaces to be painted; remove old paint, wash, and fill holes with putty Paint surfaces throughout the property using a range of brushes, rollers, or sprayers Apply various finishes, primers, or sealers to interior and exterior surfaces Maintain the working area is safe and clean in line with company regulations and policies When needed, assist the groundskeeping team with tasks Operate a motor vehicle when necessary More about you Minimum 1 year painting experience for a commercial facility Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must possess a valid state driver's license Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Operate a motor vehicle when necessary No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand, crouch, and climb a ladder Shift details Days Evenings Overnight Holidays Weekends OT as needed
