Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Haven Health Camp Verde. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing any issues that arise, and providing excellent customer service. - Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Fabricate and install various components, such as furniture and fixtures.
- Utilize a computerized maintenance management system to track maintenance requests and tasks.
- Perform inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring that all residents and visitors receive a high level of service.
- Conduct safety checks to ensure that all facilities meet safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and activities. Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for residents and visitors
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and visitors.
- A commitment to safety, with a focus on ensuring that all facilities meet safety standards.
