Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States. Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets. Solterra Senior Living at Chandler is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities:

Responds to and completes resident work orders, insuring quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction. Performs work needed to ready apartments for move-in as assigned. Performs general maintenance projects as assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and outside landscaping maintenance. Knowledgeable of all property emergency, safety/disaster plans and procedures. Responds promptly to emergencies. Maintains office, shops, storage and mechanical. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a Maintenance role required. 1+ years of experience in a Senior Living Community highly preferred. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
