. Perform cleaning, light maintenance, and enforcement of company policy in assigned housing areas on a daily basis.

Responsibilities Cleaning of assigned housing facilities and areas, including but not limited to laundry facilities, grounds maintenance and snow removal in assigned areas. Assist with the moving of furnishings or employee belongings, and dispose of trash as directed. Report maintenance problems and other needed work in employee housing facilities including paint requests, carpet cleaning, etc. Assist with inspection of individual apartments as residents move or terminate employment, to ensure the space is clean and free of damage. Order needed supplies through the Housing Administrator. Assist in reading propane meters on a monthly basis. Enforce Employee Housing Department and company policies and procedures. Perform special projects as assigned by Housing Management, the Human Resources Director or Assistant Director. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Possess or obtain a valid Arizona's Driver's License within 90 days of start date and comply with the Xanterra South Rim Company Vehicle Policy. Must have ability to work independently with limited supervision. Must have ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must have willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends. Must have good judgment, flexibility and diplomacy.

Physical Requirements include:

Constantly:

Stand, bend, lift/carry up to 10lbs, push/pull up to 12lbs.

Frequently:

Walk, handle, reach, lift/carry up to 20lbs.

Occasionally:
