Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist with the setup and teardown of company events and activities. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Experience with maintenance management software.
