Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally, contributing to a safe and efficient environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, pools, spas, painting and repairs. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret schematics. Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical systems, plumbing, painting and repairs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
