Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and well maintained Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff and residents Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and seasonal or special projects Support compliance with safety, health, and facility standards Qualifications Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused Positive attitude with a willingness to help others What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development The chance to make a meaningful impact in residents' daily lives Ready to Join Our Team?
