Technician II#26-00989 California City, CA
Onsite Job Description Responsibilities:
Proving Ground maintenance
Landscaping:
maintain irrigation, planting, trimming, etc. Perform scheduled track maintenance on both paved and dirt tracks Labor support for construction/maintenance projects - Ability to safely operate light power equipment such as track blower, post hole digger, jack hammer, etc. Basic equipment operation skills Ability and knowledge to work safely around heavy equipment Work autonomously with minimal direction Abides by and acknowledges all safety practices in keeping with high safety standards Support CPG events and testing - Setup, clean, and operate test venues
Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in maintenance and facility operations 5+ years of demonstrated experience with hand tools and safe use Clean driving record and ability to drive an automatic vehicle Must be available to work any shift Requires standing, bending, and lifting (Up to 50 pounds) for approximately 8 hours on a daily basis 2+ years of demonstrated experience in small power tools operations Ability to use the necessary tools and equipment in a safe manner Ability to track work and properly fill out work orders Ability to work with dynamic responsibility changes Excellent written communication and presentation skills Flexibility in assignments
Physical Demands:
Able to work in a culturally diverse team environment and in harsh climate conditions (Summer +120F) Able to work on equipment: bending, stooping, reaching, crawling around and under equipment Ability to climb on and off trailers to load vehicles Lift up to 50 lbs.
