We take pride in being responsive, organized, and easy to work with—and we're looking for someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Overview We're hiring a strong, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who understands the pace and demands of the commercial property maintenance industry . If you've worked with work orders, dispatching, or service scheduling before, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing incoming service requests from property managers and clients Creating, updating, and tracking work orders Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal team Following up to ensure jobs are completed on time and providing completion emails with photos to clients Keeping records organized and accurate Supporting day-to-day office operations What We're Looking For Experience in commercial property maintenance, construction, or service-based industry (REQUIRED) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Experience with dispatching/scheduling is a big plus Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction To Apply Please submit your resume along with a short note answering the questions below.
