Job Description
Maintenance Assistant Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies

- Support facility improvement projects as assigned
- Assist with inspections and identify maintenance needs Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
