Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, landscaping, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and well-kept Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for repairs or improvements Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users Support tree care activities including pruning and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various systems and equipment Hands-on experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely; familiarity with excavators is a plus Knowledge of construction techniques related to hardscape installation or repair Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming or removal with proper safety procedures Experience with irrigation systems management and snow plowing operations Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Join us as a Maintenance Worker to bring your skills to life in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly enhance the safety, beauty, and functionality of our community spaces. Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
