$18-$20 per hour Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy problem‑solving, working with your hands, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day. About the Role As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Director in ensuring our facility remains in excellent working condition. Your work helps create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for the residents we serve. Key Responsibilities Assist with general facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Support routine inspections of building systems and equipment Complete work orders efficiently and with attention to detail Help maintain grounds, common areas, and preventive maintenance schedules Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus) Ability to perform basic repairs and use standard tools Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents Why Join Hemet Hills Post Acute?
