Job Description

We are interested in hiring a full-time maintenance person who will be able to provide maintenance and light landscaping services for our entire community.
Job Responsibilities Janitorial work including:
sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and garbage removal Maintain the clubhouse, laundry and pool areas. Routine and preventative maintenance of facility buildings Assist as needed in mowing the lawns, removing weeds, pruning the bushes and trees, and other landscaping tasks. Assist other maintenance staff in performing minor repairs as needed. Other tasks as identified by community manager Job Qualifications or Skills 1-year experience as a maintenance person or groundskeeper. Experience as maintenance person in a Manufactured Home Community or Apartment Community or Golf Course is a HUGE plus! Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Send Your Resume Today! Drug Free Workplace, Current Driver's License is required.
