Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care to ensure a pristine environment. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently. Handle maintenance duties including cleaning property, watering plants, cleaning the pool, helping with repairs that need to be fixed on the property, cleaning guest rooms and fixing appliances. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet quality standards and guest satisfaction expectations. Support hotel management with housekeeping management duties when needed, including inventory control and scheduling assistance. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices across various environments including industrial settings. Familiarity with fixing and repairing appliances. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
