Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant

Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property at all times. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures to ensure a polished appearance. Perform waste management duties, including trash collection, recycling, and proper disposal procedures. Assist with general upkeep tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and pressure washing as needed. Safely lift and move materials, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds. Identify and report maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner. Support property presentation by ensuring all common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing duties. Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management. Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Associate's Degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance. Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
