Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding tasks, and other mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct residential painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and general facilities maintenance to uphold the hotel's aesthetic standards. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to identify electrical faults accurately. Supervise or assist with projects involving manufacturing or large-scale repairs, ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout. Collaborate with team members and vendors to coordinate repairs, upgrades, or renovations while providing excellent customer service to internal clients.

Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, residential, or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate maintenance teams or projects effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Prior experience with CMMS platforms for managing maintenance workflows is advantageous.
