Sunday•Thursday, 1030am•7pm
Pay Range:

Job Description Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This is a great opportunity with room for advancement!
Essential Duties:
Responsible for the completion of all Work Order requests as assigned. Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Maintenance Director. Work within expense limits established. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations. Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program". Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Director, which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas and maintaining landscaping beds and other areas. Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined. Qualifications Excellent Team Player who works well with minimal supervision Provides quality maintenance work in a timely manner Excellent hospitality skills, as most maintenance work is performed in the resident's apartment, which is their home Attention to detail is important High school graduate; up to one year related experience or training. Previous experience as hotel maintenance worker, or property management maintenance worker. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. As required by local and state regulating bodies.
