Santa Rosa, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Management Sales Live-in employment Property maintenance Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description Full-time on-site maintenance needed for a Manufactured Housing Community in Santa Rosa, CA area. On-site manager duties include tenant relations, rent notification and collection, light bookkeeping, and enforcing park rules. The park manager will be responsible for vacancy showings and rental agreement signing, meter reading, and other miscellaneous duties. Daily inspection of park facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs is required. What we're looking for: Must be able to live onsite at the property Excellent communications skills Detail-oriented Meet deadlines Someone who will take charge and isn't afraid to work with different personalities Experience with sales, especially in selling homes Ability to follow directions Computer savvy Must be able to interact and use email daily Mobile Home Park management experience preferred but not required Working knowledge of building construction and rehabilitation techniques Must be abler to travel if need be Ability to priority projects as the arise Physical demand level of 50lbs or more in order to lift/carry/move during 8-hour shift Additional physical demands include but not limited to pushing, pulling, reach at/below/above shoulder level, standing, walking, and stooping for up to 8-hour shift Interior painting (walls and cabinetry) Assistance in moving heavy objects (large appliances) Doing demolition (e.g., removing porches) Assisting with unit rehab and turnover (e.g., cleaning out coaches/yards, cleaning out storage sheds, rehabbing yards) What we offer: Onsite housing available The flexibility to make your own schedule
