The Ruff Ranch is looking for a reliable, practical, and self-motivated person to support the ongoing maintenance of our facility and outdoor property. This is a hands-on, part-time position for someone who can identify what needs to be done, manage tasks independently, and take ownership of keeping the property safe, functional, and well maintained. What You'll Do Handle general maintenance and minor repairs Maintain dog yards, fencing, gates, walkways, and outdoor play areas Complete basic landscaping and gardening tasks Mow, trim, weed, rake, and remove debris Inspect the property and identify needed repairs or safety concerns Repair or replace damaged fixtures, fencing, gates, and equipment Assist with painting, pressure washing, and improvement projects Keep tools, materials, and maintenance areas organized Work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently Help with additional property projects as needed What We're Looking For Experience in maintenance, handyman work, landscaping, construction, or groundskeeping preferred Comfortable using basic tools and completing minor repairs Able to work independently without constant supervision Proactive and able to recognize what needs attention Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and around dogs of all sizes Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license preferred Please apply through Indeed and include a brief summary of your maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman experience.
