Duties Help Performs work in least two of the following trades in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and reled fixtures and utilities.:
Plumbing:
Makes plumbing repairs th can be accomplished by removing, cleaning, resealing, replacing defectiveparts or units of utility, supply, and disposal systems, such as dirty traps, sections of broken tile, damaged or brokenpipe, leaky faucets, and stopped up drains. Installs wer heers, garbage disposal units, faucets, and sinks. Carpentry:
Measures, cuts, and constructs or repairs wood or wood substitute items such as scaffolds, staging parts,panels, bins, pallets, concrete forms, dry walls, shehing, and roof decking. Painting:
Performs standard coing methods such as brushing, rolling and spraying, by the use of coing merialsth are prepared according to specific directions, and by the applicion of coing techniques th insure surfacesare fully coed, protected, and free from drips and runs. Observes required safety, sanition and hazardous waste disposal rules and regulions. Operes vehicles to transport tools and merials to work site. Performs other reled duties as required.
