We do not follow the typical corporate model and our people are comprised of hard working, free thinking and speaking individuals that are all focused on the challenges of our industry. We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented individual to maintain our 10-acre construction yard and 5,000-square-foot office facility. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles, equipment, buildings, and work areas clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities include:

Sweeping and maintaining the yard, shop, and outdoor work areas Detailing company trucks, vehicles, and equipment Performing general facility maintenance and minor repairs Keeping tools, supplies, and storage areas clean and organized Identifying maintenance needs and reporting larger repair issues Assisting with other yard and facility-related duties as needed The ideal candidate will be: Highly detail-oriented and thorough Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Organized and able to manage daily responsibilities Able to work independently with limited supervision Willing to take initiative when something needs attention Compensation and benefits: Starting wage of $20 per hour, with higher compensation possible depending on experience Full-time employment Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement based on performance, initiative, and dependability.
