This hands-on role offers a variety of tasks that change with the seasons and farm needs. Responsibilities include general garden and almond orchard maintenance, cleaning animal pastures, and performing basic repairs such as fence updates. No two days are exactly the same, but the work schedule will remain consistent. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, has orchard experience, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable with physical labor. Weekend availability is a plus, though not required. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided, and training is available as well.
