Job Description
Performs duties involved in maintaining equipment, machinery, and physical structure of the hospital in good repair and working order. May include upkeep of the district grounds, disposal of trash and waste materials, and driving truck to pick up and deliver supplies. Will function as a helper to Maintenance manager Performs a variety of general, mechanical, preventive and routine maintenance and servicing operations in and around the buildings of the facility as directed. High School diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of previous similar experience. Knowledgeable about electricity and electrical safety. Must possess technical skill and knowledge to perform duties. Must be able to follow directions, both oral and written, and work cooperatively with other staff members. Multiple mechanical repair abilities. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Strong written and verbal skills. Strong computer knowledge. Ability to operate the Maintenance Help Desk software.
