Pinehurst Country Club is currently recruiting a seasonal, part-time Maintenance Technician!

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing and executing multiple duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the Club's equipment and structures.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

This position prefers one year experience, knowledge of basic carpentry, knowledge in repairing various building applications, plumbing fixture repairs, and an electrical background. HVAC knowledge a plus. Ideal candidate communicates effectively and clearly, both verbally and written. Must be reliable and punctual and may work holiday and overtime hours, as needed. Performs regular and emergency maintenance repairs on the company grounds Performs simple electrical duties and responsibilities Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and Club facilities Effectively reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Collaborates and performs a variety of projects associated with building maintenance Use of variety of hand and power tools and materials Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing , HVAC . Must possess good troubleshooting skills Complies with OSHA safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized work area Additional job responsibilities, as needed Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, bend Moderate noise level in work environment Position requires PHCC hat and shirt, which will be provided Benefits Pinehurst Country Club offers a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support the well-being of our team members.
