Job Description

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly environment throughout the building and grounds. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, systems, and assigned areas. Utilize basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs. Follow all infection control, safety, fire prevention, and emergency procedures. Assist with fire drills, generator testing, and servicing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Monitor and request maintenance supplies as needed. Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation. Comply with all applicable State and Federal regulations, facility policies, and procedures. Protect resident rights and maintain confidentiality of resident information. Maintain a professional image and work collaboratively with supervisors and staff. Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned
