Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Helper in New Haven, CT, and contribute to maintaining and repairing essential building systems. This contract-to-hire role offers hands-on experience in facility maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and groundskeeping. Work on a first shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and gain valuable skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include completing preventive maintenance, repairing equipment, and assisting senior technicians with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Top Requirements:
High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Equivalent At least one year of mechanical experience, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry Valid driver's license and ability to read and understand safety policies, manuals, and instructions.
