Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Helper to provide essential support to our Facilities Manager. This role is highly hands-on and involves a mix of light construction, demolition, physical labor, and general maintenance duties to ensure our factory, offices, and grounds are kept safe and operational. 1ST SHIFT 7:00 - 3:30

Qualifications:

Experience:

Prior experience in a labor-intensive role, construction, maintenance, or general groundskeeping is highly beneficial.

Physical Ability:

Must be capable of performing demanding physical labor, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Tool Skills:

Basic working knowledge of common hand tools and power equipment (drills, hammers, landscaping tools).

Work Ethic:

Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take direction while showing initiative on maintenance tasks.
