Maintenance Worker On The Mark Management - 5.0 Stratford, CT Job Details Temporary | Part-time $22.50 - $25.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Groundskeeping Property maintenance Property management Building interior maintenance Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking reliable applicants to fill a temporary position of light property maintenance Position requires good communication and motivation. Individual will report directly to Property Manager. Our onsite manager will be out for 2 months and we are seeking someone to oversee the property and communicate all issues as needed. This complex includes 2 buildings and 128 units. The residents are extremely friendly and helpful, making it a friendly enviromnment to work Duties & Skills
  • General oversight and understnading of the property and building equipment
  • Meet and direct outside contractors to required location
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs, if necessary
  • Inspect property on a regular basis to ensure a safe and clean environment, including walking the entire property in the morning to clean up any debris or refuse.
  • Ability to interact with a wide and diverse range of people, and be able to communicate and understand English
  • Observe and report to Property Management any issues
  • Perform daily cleaning of interior common hallway and outdoor areas to keep teh grounds neat and free of litter
  • Inform property manager of problems observe on the property, changes in residents, violations, and issues with vendors.
Pay:
$22.50 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
