Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with experience in logic controllers. A commitment to quality workmanship and safety is paramount. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance throughout the property. Handle light electrical work such as installing lights/ceiling fans and changing receptacles Handle minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaking faucets and toilets Handle construction projects such as hanging drywall, installing cabinets and subfloor replacement. Complete work orders and ensure timely upkeep of the properties. Assist with other task as needed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Requirements Must pass a background and drug screening Must have a valid drivers license Strong work ethic Knowledge of; electrical, plumbing, and construction work Experience in residential painting is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
