Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Maintain irrigation systems, perform snow plowing during winter months, and execute seasonal landscaping activities. Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Support general building maintenance including minor repairs, equipment servicing, and ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects such as landscape redesigns or hardscape installations to enhance property aesthetics. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators. Knowledge of landscaping techniques including lawn care, tree trimming, irrigation systems, and gardening practices. Ability to perform snow plowing operations safely and efficiently during winter seasons. Familiarity with construction processes and hardscape installation methods. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in maintenance inspections. Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and report issues clearly. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
