TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

The Facilities Assistant is responsible for upkeep of the buildings, grounds and equipment. Assist with maintaining the grounds, buildings, and equipment associated with facilities maintenance Maintains grounds in clean, safe and orderly manner including mowing, trimming and weeding. Clean debris from grounds, pathways, and parking lot Perform routine janitorial housekeeping Carry out basic carpentry tasks as instructed Assist with moving furniture, equipment, set up and break down of materials for company meetings Communicate with the Facilities Supervisor and coordinate completing work assignments Coordinated the necessary resources to assist with maintaining facilities Report any maintenance concerns to the Facilities Supervisor Follow all company policies and procedures; follow all written and verbal instructions Observe all safety guidelines, keep work area clean and report safety concerns to management
