Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Safety regulations Vendor relationship management Facilities routine maintenance Routine maintenance projects Facility inspection Full Job Description Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Supervise porters and advise our current maintenance staff. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance issues.
