Qualifications:

Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance Essential Functions Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds Performs all other duties as assigned SR84A5 This position will remain open until filled.
