Maintenance and Repair Worker Requirements High School Diploma One year of experience Valid Drivers' License Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked Duties and responsibilities : Daily Trash Removal in buildings and parking lot (to include recycling to dumpsters) Trash removal including the dog trash by the beach walkway and by the Beach entrance Sweep/blow the pool decks Dryer cleanout (Lint) Complete basic repairs around the building Light Electrical work Drywall Repair Painting Vacuum Condensers Position is Full time
