Daily Pay Available Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a building safe, clean, and running smoothly? Cypress Cove Care Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys variety in their work and wants a stable career with a supportive team. Every day is different, and your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors. What We Offer Daily Pay - Access your earned wages when you need them Competitive Pay Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Disability Insurance Options 401(k) with Employer Match Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team Stable, Full-Time Employment What You'll Do Perform routine building maintenance and repairs Complete work orders in a timely manner Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs Maintain grounds, walkways, and outdoor areas Help ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met Set up rooms for meetings and special events as needed Assist with preventative maintenance projects Respond promptly to maintenance requests throughout the facility Work closely with department leaders to maintain a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, facilities, or building repair experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hotels, apartments, or commercial facilities is a plus Why Cypress Cove Care Center?
